The Retreat

Relaxation Begins

The beautiful 30 minute drive from Cody, Wyoming follows the South Fork of the Shoshone River. Farmlands give way to ranch lands and as the valley narrows, houses are fewer, and traffic nonexistent. The Carter Mountain Range rises up on the left. The Absaroka Mountains on the right where snow capped peaks reach 12,000ft. There, on the shoulders of the Absarokas, just a short walk up from the river bottom is your destination: the South Fork Mountain Retreat.
